All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive an automated notification with tracking details as soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

Please note: Processing times may slightly extend during peak seasonal launches, major collection restocks, or our promotional moving clearance events.
2. Domestic Shipping Tiers & Estimates (United States)
We partner with reliable premium carriers—including UPS and FedEx—to ensure fast, tracked delivery across the United States.

Delivery windows are calculated from the day the carrier scans the package, not the date the order was initially placed.
3. International Shipping Tiers
We are thrilled to offer global delivery options to our worldwide community. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines vary depending on your destination country and are calculated dynamically at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees:
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. True Comfort Boutique is not responsible for customs clearance delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing a dedicated tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking carrier portal to update its digital status.
You can track your parcel anytime directly on our website or by inputting your code into the carrier portal.
5. Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, the legal title and risk of loss transfer to the recipient.

Damaged in Transit: If your box arrives visibly crushed or compromised, please photograph the external packaging and contact us at support@truecomfortboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing an investigation with the carrier.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking history states your items were delivered but you cannot locate them, please check with your neighbors or concierge desk, and allow 24 additional hours (as carriers occasionally update tracking statuses early). If your parcel remains missing, please contact us to open a carrier claim.
6. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot ship directly to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via expedited or overnight carrier tiers. Please select standard ground shipping options at checkout if shipping to these addresses.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. True Comfort Boutique is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
