1. 30-Day Return Window
We maintain a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same premium condition that you received it:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Free from perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains.

All original tags must remain securely attached.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@truecomfortboutique.com.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important Note: Returns must be sent to our authorized processing facility at the address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defectives, and Order Issues
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@truecomfortboutique.com. We will prioritize evaluation of the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization constraints. We do not accept returns for:

Custom-tailored products, special orders, or personalized items.

Personal care goods (such as intimates, bodysuits, or beauty items).

Gift cards.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items purchased during temporary sales, moving sales, or clearance events.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece, color, or size you want is to return the item you have. Once your return request is accepted, you can make a separate, immediate purchase for the new item on our store.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the standard policy above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you maintain the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must still meet our core eligibility requirements: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
8. Refunds Processing Time
We will notify you via email once we have received and formally inspected your returned package to verify its condition.

If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed back onto your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your banking institution or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account statements.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was officially approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@truecomfortboutique.com or call us at +1 (318) 851-33755 so we can track the transaction immediately.
